Professionals Need CloroxPro

 

 Built on a century-long legacy, CloroxPro is dedicated to providing proven commercial cleaning and disinfecting solutions to protect people and their environments. Where clean means everything.
CloroxPro wanted to modernize their B2B website and help their 100+ internal professionals become more productive through the creation of a reimagined digital ecosystem. I partnered with Strategy team to assess current experience and then defined scope and path for improvements

DISCOVERY & DEFINE

 

ColorxPro wanted a digital system that would make content easily accessible regardless of the end user. We started with conducting over 50 user interviews and analyzing existing analytics on behavior and trends to build out a new defined site map and content hierarchy. We also created a governance plan to help internal team members manage the data and assets without a huge learning curve.

USER EXPERIENCE

 

Our user interviews revealed that navigating the complex site and content layout were some of the biggest problems. To address the problems we focused on two major areas, simplifying navigation and creating a robust search tool using suggestions and filters.

While we were working on this new digital eco system , CloroxPro's branding agency was working on new logo and brand assets. They also developed brand guidelines which were passed on to us, however the guidelines weren't defined keeping digital medium in mind. We took the work in progress guideline and applied our atomic design approach to build a fully functioning design system.
